How do I purchase an Ugly Sweater?
To purchase one of the ugliest sweaters, you must be a Merry Modz holder.
You can click the "Perks Inside" button to connect your wallet and redeem access so that the Ugly Sweaters become available for purchase.
You must verify to gain access to purchasing. Instructions can be found in the "Connect Wallet" tab if needed.
What are the ticket prices?
RSVP Only from November 8th until November 15th.If you did not RSVP, your ticket will be refunded/canceled.
After November 15th, anyone can purchase a ticket to the Merry Modz Christmas Party until the remaining spots are filled. Pay attention to the #event-announcements channel in discord for updates every Tuesday.
What are the event details?
On December 9th, 2022, Impact Theory will be hosting a very merry Modzmas Christmas party, free for all Merry Modz holders and 50% off for ITFK holders.
The Christmas Party will be located at the Marriot Los Angeles Airport - 5855 West Century Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90045.
Come dressed in your most fun Christmas attire! Ugly sweaters will be available but in VERY limited quantity, and will be reserved for Merry Modz Holders first. Dont come in a suit! We are working on onesies for next year's party!
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
We will begin shipping on December 1st (we know, not ideal, but we're working as fast as we can to deliver the best products possible), and due to global supply chain issues and the busy holiday season, potential delays are possible.
For Domestic Orders
We highly advise that you order before December 1st to be one of the first orders to be processed. However, if you place your order before December 9th your order should arrive before Christmas.
For International Orders
Due to the wide range of where you can be located and how shipping can be unpredictable for international packages, we can not promise that your order will arrive before Christmas. We strongly advise you order before December 1st as we'll prioritize your order to ship ASAP.
What are your return/exchanges policies?
If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must live in the US and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@impacttheory.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If an item is returned for a refund, only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the shipping costs. You are responsible to pay return shipping as well and will be subtracted from your product refund.
International orders are not eligible for refunds/exchanges at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I order my sweater to be picked up, in person, at the Merry Modz Party?
Yes you can, and we highly encourage this to save on shipping and guarantee there won't be any funny business with shipping and delivery! In the checkout page, you can specify an in person pickup that will be ready upon arrival at the party.
What are your shipping options?
You will find accurate shipping options as you checkout your order on our site. No payment required to see your shipping options.
For international orders, upon delivery, you may be subject to import taxes, customs, and duties.
Due to COVID19 shipping/handling might be delayed. You will get full tracking information with every order, and you can always reach out to support@impaccttheory.comif you need more help. Thank you for your understanding.
